Please read the Greenfield Lions Club Agreement carefully. At the end of the Agreement there is a place you can click on to go to an Online Fillable form to be submitted to the Lions Club so that we may contact you and setup an appointment to go over the Contract. Contract signing is done prior to our regular meeting nights on Wednesdays between 6:00 - 6:30 at the Lions Club!
